Cancellation Policy
🌿 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 🌿
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To allow us the opportunity to offer that time to another client, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• 24+ hours’ notice: No fee to cancel or reschedule.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of your scheduled service fee will be due if your appointment is canceled or rescheduled.
• Same-day cancellations or rescheduling: Because it can be difficult to refill an appointment with such short notice, up to 100% of the scheduled service fee may be charged.
• No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service fee will be due.
• Late arrivals: Your session may be shortened to keep us on schedule, and the full scheduled service fee will still apply.
We understand that true emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen, and exceptions may be made at our discretion. 🤍

•Professional Conduct Policy•
To maintain a safe and professional environment, any solicitation of sexual acts, sexual services, inappropriate touching, sexual comments, or other sexually inappropriate behavior is illegal and strictly prohibited. If such behavior occurs, the session will be terminated immediately.
Clients whose sessions are terminated due to inappropriate conduct will be responsible for payment of the full scheduled appointment fee. Any solicitation of sex or other illegal activity will be reported to law enforcement.
By booking and receiving services, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
